My mission is to create healing meals and bone broths, that are superior to supermarket foods in every way. Using the best, locally sourced ingredients, my meals are made just for the customer. Our dishes are fresh-made, not frozen or off-the-shelf convenience foods.
Menu items are posted, where a customer pre-orders a menu item, the menu items are prepared, fresh, and a date and time is arranged for meals to be picked up.

I had spent my life perfecting flavors in the kitchen, but when a family member fell ill and was admitted to the hospital, food took on a deeper meaning; watching her struggle, I remembered my grandmother’s wisdom—that true healing often began in the kitchen—so I simmered bones, herbs, and vegetables into rich broths and carried them to her bedside; doctors were cautiously optimistic, but it was the slow, restorative nourishment, infused with care and tradition, that brought warmth and strength back, until she smiled again with color in her cheeks, reminding me that the love behind a meal can be as powerful as medicine.
Bone broth is a nourishing tradition that has supported health for as long as humans have cooked. A hot cup morning or night comforts while supporting digestion, skin, joints, and gut health. Made with local grass-fed cattle or chicken, organic* vegetables, and spices, broth is simmered slowly—48 hours for beef, 24 for chicken—to extract collagen, amino acids, and compounds like glucosamine, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid. Simple but requiring care, bone broth is more than food—it’s ancient medicine I’ve seen aid healing, and it tastes far better than any syrup in a bottle.

Today, I carry on that tradition with bone broth made from local grass-fed cattle or chicken, organic vegetables, and spices, simmered for 24–48 hours to release collagen, amino acids, and natural compounds that support digestion, skin, joints, and overall wellness. More than food, bone broth is nourishment, comfort, and healing in a cup.
